i. Why Do We Trouble Our Customers To Type In Their Own Orders Instead Of Creating A Checkout Page?

We want to keep our cost as low as possible for you. By incurring additional website cost and credit card fees, it means we will have to factor that into our sales pricing.
ii. How Do I Place An Order?

Fill up the correct Order Form with your personal details and the product/s you wish to get.
Once we have received your order details, our team will contact you via Whatsapp / Telegram to confirm the order and to arrange shipment/delivery.

iii. How To Select The Right Shipping Method For My Order?

For all small sized products (Airpods Cases & Greeting Cards), we offer complimentary Standard Normal Mailing via Singpost.
If you wish to opt for SmartPac Tracking, we will inform you of the additional fees.
​
For all bags, we offer complimentary Standard Courier Delivery.
If you wish to opt for Express Courier Delivery, there is an additional fee of SGD$5.00.
​
If you are purchasing bag + any other small sized products, your order will automatically be eligible for complimentary Standard Courier Delivery.
